|Every Owner shall comply with all terms, provisions, restrictions and covenants as stated in the Declaration of Conditions, Covenants, Easements and Restrictions For Estates at Aloma Woods and any and all rules and regulations which from time to time may be adopted by the Board of Directors. Any owners found to be in violation of this document will be subject to the Enforcement Policy, which shall be carried out by the Covenants Committee. The Covenants Committee will identify those owners who may be subject to fines for non-compliance with community requirements. |The Architectural Review Board (ARB) is dedicated to maintaining our community to the standards that make it a beautiful place in which to live. All exterior modifications to homes or landscaping need to be submitted for review and approval by the ARB before work is accomplished. This is in addition to any permits and approvals required by Seminole county. The ARB meets the 1st Monday of each month as necessary. You can find a link to the submission form on the Architectural Review Board tab. If you are interested in becoming a member of the ARB, please contact Connie Grossmann.|
|Occasionally, the BOD may determine that certain repair and maintenance projects within the community can be completed without the need to bring in an outside vendor. This committee performs simple repairs, painting, and clean-ups as well as other minor tasks. This helps in maintaining our relatively low annual assessments. You don't need any special skills to become a member of this committee, just a desire to help maintain our community in a fiscally responsible manner.|
|This committee has the responsibility for decorating the community entrance at holiday time and then removing the decorations once the holidays are over.|
This committee assists our community landscaping vendor by inspecting common area landscaping and making suggestions for improvements.|

|The Board of Directors frequently sends out e-mails to all residents via our Block Captains. Each Block Captain has a list of 18 to 22 residents to whom they distribute those e-mails that originate from the Board. We may also call upon the Block Captains to assist during the two weeks prior to our Annual HOA Meetings by walking their areas to pick up signed proxies from those who can't attend the meeting. If you are interested in becoming a Block Captain for your area, please contact Kim Sakhleh.
